Ted Hozza is a Vice President at Situs Properties, inc.
providing business and commercial property owners assistance with office,
industrial, retail, and investment properties. His main focus is in the
Philadelphia Metropolitan Area, but has assisted clients throughout the country
to meet their real estate needs. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in
both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ted joined the Montgomery County Development
Professionals Advisory Board in order to help facilitate cooperation between
professionals in subsectors of the commercial real estate market.
