Ted Hozza, Situs Properties, and Scott Little, Harleysville Bank, teamed up to assist a physician to purchase a medical office condominium in Middletown Township, Bucks County. Situs Properties represented the buyer in purchasing the building and Harleysville Bank provided 80% financing and construction funds for proposed improvements. Another MCDP member, Caroline Achey Edwards, Esq. prepared the condominium documents needed to create the medical office unit that was purchased. It was truly a MCDP team effort!

Dan Wallace of Arrow Real Estate Services, recently brokered the sale of a future Dunkin in Mifflinburg, Union County, PA. It was a former 2000 sf restaurant on an acre parcel on Route 45. He also completed a ground lease for May Brands/Dunkin’ in Centre Hall, PA in Potter Township.
Dan Wallace of Arrow Real Estate Services, recently leased a 1.1 acre former Service Station/C-store on Rt. 309 to Traffic Management, Inc. They will use the site as their office and service area for regional traffic control, utility permitting and engineering services.
